EarMasters was an excellent places I'm sorry I don't remember names but Dorian was superb. Explained everything so I could understand because I have brain damage. “My husband has hearing aids that he hadn’t used in years bought back in 2010 . I booked an appointment and we went in seeing if we could get these working again. The staff was incredible. They did everything they could to get these ancient hearing aids up to snuff again and succeeded. No pressure to buy new ones, but when the time comes we will definitely be going back to purchase from them when needed.”

“I was referred from my insurance man who happened to know of Earmasters and their expertise personally. After getting acquainted they came to my home with portable equipment to test my hearing and in less than an hour knew what I needed and proceeded to order my digital devices, that I received in less than two weeks. I’ve been thrilled with the results, and after checking around found them to have the best price for the particular technology I was seeking… Approximately two months after my fitting, earwax had infiltrated into my hearing aid causing it to go out. When I called, they were over the next day and had my hearing aid repaired and returned to me in less than a week, at no charge, of course. I feel many people should take advantage of this free in-home service, for with my busy schedule, with this good, prompt service, I have benefited greatly.”

“Several years ago I had been told by Medical Doctors and testing facility staff that nothing could be done to help my hearing at the stage I was in, then I learned about your products and decided to make an appointment. I was so impressed that he would not accept payment until I agreed that I was satisfied, I decided to take you up on your offer to “Try” the “Comfort Ear” hearing aids. Not only did the “Comfort Ear” prove them wrong, at present, I cannot live without these hearing aids

Because I had lost 90 percent of my hearing in one ear and 70 percent in the other. I thought I would only needed one hearing aid. However! In my position at the local School Board office, it is essential that I hear what’s going on around me at all times.

“A few years back my wife’s left ear became completely deaf even after major consultation/testing. She was told they could not help her. She began to speak louder in conversations, said “what?” much more often and even had problems walking a straight line. She suffered with this for about a year until one day we went to the Big E and saw the Earmaster booth. The staff there was very pleasant and offered a free testing though she was very hesitant as she thought she knew the answer. She sat, they tested, some computer tweaking… then they spoke to see her expression as the tears rolled down her face was touching. Now 2 days before Thanksgiving she lost it due to many mask removals. She was very devastated. Amazingly enough Dariana & Wendy was able to have another one made and delivered on Thanksgiving eve after store hours. They sacrificed their prep time so Debra could enjoy Thanksgiving with her family. Have you ever encountered such great customer service? And the charge for the new Aid was literally a fraction of the original price so Merry Christmas to us too. We are so grateful for your kindness and professionalism.”
